I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate difficult life experiences and cultivate happier, healthier lives. My practice focuses on supporting adolescents (ages 14+), college students, adults, and families. I enjoy working with clients of all genders and backgrounds who are experiencing mental health concerns, challenges with substance abuse, or issues stemming from personal or intergenerational trauma.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes open and genuine dialogue, utilizing strengths-based perspectives. I aim to leverage personal resourcefulness and identify positive, long-lasting outcomes. I am particularly passionate about making therapy approachable and accessible, especially for those who may feel intimidated or anxious about traditional talk therapy.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer Brainspotting. This powerful and targeted approach can effectively alleviate stress and trauma by addressing aspects of trauma stored in areas of the brain and body that are often difficult to access through other forms of therapy.
