I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping adolescents (14+), college students, adults, and families move through life's most challenging moments with greater clarity, connection, and ease. I work with people of all genders and backgrounds, and I'm especially passionate about making therapy feel less like something you have to do — and more like something that genuinely works for you.
Whether this is your first time sitting across from a therapist or you've spent years doing the inner work, therapy here looks like a real conversation — honest, unhurried, and always centered on you.
For those newer to therapy, we'll go at a pace that feels comfortable. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in the door. For those with more experience, we'll meet you exactly where you are — building on the work you've already done and going to the places other approaches may not have reached.
My style is warm, strengths-based, and rooted in genuine, non-judgmental dialogue. Together, we'll untangle what's been weighing on you, reconnect with the resilience you already carry, and work toward changes that actually last.
Brainspotting
Sometimes we've talked about something a hundred times — and it still doesn't shift. Brainspotting is a targeted, evidence-based approach that helps locate and release stress stored in the brain and body — the layers that traditional talk therapy often can't fully access. It's a natural next step for those who feel stuck despite doing "all the right things," and a meaningful entry point for those looking for something different from the start. Many clients describe it as the piece that finally allowed them to move forward.
